Strategy

A third path for capital-efficient founders.

For decades, ambitious founders faced a binary choice: raise capital and chase growth at any cost, giving up ownership along the way, or stay independent and grow more slowly without any institutional support. Neither option fit the founders who build fast-growing, structurally profitable businesses.

We exist for this third path. Capital-efficient founders who reach product-market fit on their own terms have already proven the discipline that most investors only hope for. For these founders, capital is an accelerant, not a requirement. They seek capital and a partner to compound an advantage they've already built.

That's the opportunity we built Supercruise around: a new form of capital for founders who care as much about efficiency as they do about scale, built for a moment when cloud, open source, and AI have made that combination more possible than ever.

Our Target

The founders we back.

01

B2B Technology

Across the enterprise stack, from infrastructure to application software.

02

Product-Market Fit

Proven product-market fit but pre-scale, generally $2–7M ARR.

03

Sustainable High Growth

+100% annually. The trajectory matters as much as the number.

04

Capital Efficient

Cash flow positive or breakeven with limited or no prior institutional funding.

We primarily invest in North American software and infrastructure companies with limited or no prior institutional capital. We look for founders who have already proven they can build efficiently. Our job is to help them scale.

Investment Themes

Three layers, one thesis.

01

Next-Gen Infrastructure

The backbone of modern software is being rebuilt around AI. We back the companies laying the new rails.

02

Futureproofing Enterprise Apps

On top of this new infrastructure, we back the founders reimagining how enterprises operate.

03

Reimagining the World

New infrastructure and new applications create new possibilities. We back founders using them to inflect the physical world.

How We Work

Partnership, not prospecting.

We built Flight Deck, our internal research and sourcing system, so that by the time we meet a founder, we've already done the work. We know the company, the market, and why we're interested before the first conversation starts.

Founder time is the most valuable resource in the relationship. We don't use it for competitive intelligence or exploratory calls. When we reach out, it's because we're already leaning in. Every conversation is grounded in partnership.

We aim to be a large minority partner and the first call when seeking advice - a partner who has been in the seat across dozens of companies.
